This is MAEDA Koshi, the owner.
After training in Kyoto and Osaka for more than 10 years, I opened a restaurant in my hometown of Shizuoka and it has been in operation for 12 years, but in 2020, I made a new start in Tokyo Ginza.
We improve and strive every day so you can enjoy to your heart's content seasonal ingredients from all over the country brought by the four seasons of Japan, and the abundant seafood and mountain blessings unique to local Shizuoka.
Although one meal is short, we will show our warm hospitality in a way that your precious time will be as blessed as possible.
